Oceanstone uses the most sophisticated materials and protocols out there to ensure that no damage occurs in our warehouse or during the delivery process. In the rare event that you find damage on any product or part, we will promptly send you a replacement at no cost.

Large items (e.g. tubs, large sinks, etc.) that are delivered via LTL curbside delivery and require a signature upon delivery need to be inspected in the presence of the delivery driver. Refuse the shipment if you find any damage. If you cannot inspect it while the driver is there, you need to write Subject to Inspection on the delivery receipt, or we cannot take any responsibility for any damage.
These guidelines and policies apply regardless of whether you are present at the time of delivery; someone else is there, or no one is there.
